A classy individual who enjoys, or admires another person's lower standard of ethics or lack of values (AKA "Ratchet") The attractiveness is typically towards (but not limited to) the opposite sex.

Bro, I love me some ratchety chicks. They are the best. I like to consider myself a Ratchetsseur of sorts.
