Someone who moderately breaks game laws.

commonly used in hunting circles.

Examples of this would be, sneaking on to the neighbors property in order to push a large buck / rare duck to a shootable location, Removing the plug from a shotgun, using family members tags once they run out of their own, ignoring hunter orange laws because the orange covers the drip, and mild road hunting during daylight hours.

Moderator

One who moderates, or an object used to prevent destabilization in a system, e.g. water. Commonly referenced as being a lifeless internet junky in the case of a person, as many spend large amounts of time sometimes incompetently moderating sections of the internet.

Person 1: "I'm gonna need a temperature moderator"
Person 2: "Why?"
Person 1: "Just look at that machine! It's about to overheat and explode!"
