An individual who has moved from California to Colorado, most likely as a result of the former states crippled economy and/ or the fact that the latter isn't as nearly crowded or environmentally polluted. (Yet) Usually retain their original Californian customs, such as rooting for sports teams such as the Giants and 49ers and voting Democratic in major elections.

A phrase used to describe a boy who is a faggot to such an extent that he becomes incapable of growing into an adult, and will forever act like a toddler.
