Being "world blind," is the feeling of confusion when you have barely woken up. It can happen at anytime of day.

Facial Blindness

Temporary face blindness (prosopagnosia) caused by a facial. Usually due to placement of cum in ones eyes.

I didn't know which way to face and smile for the camera because I had facial blindness after Steve directed his load into my eye. Luckily I found a towel.
