A duck story is basically just a song where you tell somebody a story of a duck trolling somebody!

Basically of you want somebody to tell you of a story of a person getting trolled by Quackity then ask them to tell you a duck story

kid: tell me the duck story
guy: when a duck walked up to a lemonade stand and he said to the man running the stand "hey" bomp bomp bomp "got any grapes?"

To "cut the duck" is to kill a player with a high kill streak, thereby "cutting" them down. The player, obviously, being referenced as the "duck" in this situation.
