In order to save these mutants they have been permanitly sealed inside of nearly invincible bio-hazard suits. with there minds destroyed from excessive plasmid use, they are given thier final job to protect the little sisters, who harvest ADAM from the blood of the dead. in exchange for protection the little sisters fuel the big daddy's addiction with gifts of ADAM. they protect the little sisters with thier lives and will do so until someone suceeds in killing "it"
