a) Annoying black juvenile who agrees with everything you say, laughs non-stop every time you try to be funny, and basically kisses the ground you walk on, often giggling uncontrollably. In other words, a variant of the yes man, but even more childish.

b) A black man, who, as a result from growing up as a lonely child, agrees with everyone else excessively in a desperate attempt to fit in and/or be accepted by his peers.
