A dragon kiss is a form of kissing. Normally done by taking a hit of a vape or marijuana and kissing the other person. You essentially blow it into their mouth while kissing.
Tom: “ You got a vape?”
Sarah: “Yea”
Tom: “Can i hit?”
Sarah: “If you want it you’re gonna have to let me dragon kiss you.”
Tom: “Alright”
Sarah: “Yea”
Tom: “Can i hit?”
