Slang term as a way of specifying high quality rock cocaine or crack cocaine.

Lower quality crack will crackle when a flame is put to it to melt because of its high carbon content from the baking baking soda or soda pop used to cut it.

High quality rock cocaine will simply melt into a clear liquid then harden into a cream-white somewhat waxy substance.

Yo Dre, you got any cream? I got some rock from Tommy last night was bunk. It got to crackling from the gate and turned all black n shit.

A very very white person who doesn’t use wash cloths or loofahs, just smears body soap on their body with their hands. Then they rinse it off and no they don’t wash their feet. So, they smell like sour cream.

They look just like you and me but are white and smells like sour cream.

I thought I smelled a sour cream citizen but I turned the corner and it was a homeless person.
