A euphemism for looking positively at coming adversity especially when one is surrounded by challenges and wins are few and far between.

When we thrive the sweetness and savory nature of life lead to over-indulgence. Which soften us up. Therefore a great way to approach tailwinds and setbacks is to see them as a life diet something that gets us back into fighting shape.

Please note this term should never be used flippantly to refer to more serious life challenges.

2020 has been rough, I guess it’s time for a life diet. Not seeing my friends? Yeah that’s the broccoli. Being stuck in the house? Yup that’s the peas... ahh life diet.
