A derogatory term referring to anyone from the middle east including, but not limited to camel jockeys, carpet riders, sand niggers, dot heads, oil niggers and so on. It comes from the notion that a camel jockey has nothing but a hump to hug when riding his or her camel.

I think those damn hump huggers are trying to take over every convenient store in America.
