When two personalities are at odds with each other and very likely to break out into a physical conflict at any moment. The opposite of compatible, but nicer sounding than incompatible.

Tom and Ted each hate everything the other one stands for. They are very combatible.

A bullshit, democratic word used to justify shooting at cops when people are breaking the law.

A Southside Chicago gang started a Mutual Combat by shooting at cops because the police would not let them sell crack and rob the liquor store.
