An event where fat moustached men in suits sit around a circular planning table with a digital top displaying a map chuckle like Talking Ben after they discuss plans to some crimes, or after they have committed the crime and are exiting the scene.

Ex. #1:
Fat moustached guy in a suit: "Hawhawhawhaw! This is a swell bigotry indeed! Nobody will see this coming from them!"
