Bozo is originaly a clown that was famous in the USA during the 60's. However, you can call someone bozo when they act stupid, act foolish, or just someone that is really mad, to make them even madder

Get the Bozomug. Mmm. Just the right insult, not too much to get your ass beat, but just enough to get the point across that whoever you called a bozo, is a bozo. It's got just the right umph and pizzaz to make them give you the rock eyebrow when you call them this.
