Something that went well, or maybe just better than expected, but is now over. It may also be used insultingly or sarcastically to describe an attempt that was, in fact, not a good run.
ex 1: Kanye had a good run as a sane person.
ex 2: After Jeb Bush announced he is ending his candidacy for president, someone could yell sarcastically "Good run, Jeb!" to hurt his feelings.

Another term for, Runescape, which the makers of runescape (Jagex) tried to tell you in the first place to escape from the runescape grasp. And once you are in, only the strong ones can escape.
