Rutherfordton, NC. It's a ridiculous town name, and the locals don't bother to say the whole thing. Contrary to the name, the town is the opposite of rough, and is just a sleepy boring redneck town.

ruffle fucking( also called a jaime) is fucking the neck fat of an obese man or woman
