Get the Oregon Haywatermug. Eastern Oregon is where the majority of Oregon’s land lies. It contains Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Baker, Grant, Harney, and Malheur counties. Those eight counties are the true Eastern Oregon. Some people consider Central Oregon part of it which includes Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, Wheeler, Jefferson, Crook, Deschutes, Klamath, and Lake counties which aren’t necessarily Eastern Oregon.
