Someone who has lost the plot
Someone who is completely off their rocker. " you seen Virgil these days?" Nah mate and seen in him in a while" the mental cunt was shouting a pigeons in town"

That moment when every villan you currently have is standing next to you and making mean comments about you, basically bullying. You're surrounded by hatred and humiliation. It's like everyone is throwing rocks at you, but instead of rocks, words are used and instead of throwing them at your physical body, they throw it at your mental health.
James: Yo dude, did you go to that mental stoning yesterday.
Henk: Yes, it was terrible... There were about 20 people. The victim was crying out loud, and he eventually ran away into the woods!

Underrated Aussie rock/new wave band originating in Sydney in the late 70's and peaking in the early 80's. Part of the legendary pub-band scene of the era.
Churned out many classic tracks including "The nips are getting bigger", "If you leave me, can I come to?", "Live it up" and "Too many times" to name just a few.
Known for incorporating wacky, self-deprecating humour and numerous drinking references into their songs. Comparable to American band Ween but with a vastly superior repertoire.
Also known as "The Mentals".

Personal mental combat against mental illnesses, disabilities, and disorders to continue living on throughout day to day life.
“In order for me to continue living an okay life, I have to combat and win against my mentally challenged mind; depressions, social anxieties, PTSD, hallucinations, things that can ultimately bring me down.

Intellectual activity that serves no practical purpose. Excessively theoretical, and therefore a distraction from more practicable matters.
Dr. Richard Dawkins, noted biological theorist, in response to a student's philosophical question about skeptical attitudes towards science and reality, cited the following anecdote:
<paraphrasing>
James Boswell asked, "... nothing really exists unless there's somebody there to see it. How do you refute that?" Samuel Johnson replied, "I refute it thus!", and kicked a stone out of his way.
<\paraphrasing>
Dr. Dawkins, commenting on Boswell's question, and critiquing the attitude: "If you want to mess about with that sort of mental masturbation, thats fine, but, ... but the science of reality is what gets you through the day, ... and makes things work!"
