Person 2: so you can basically be a lazy cunt and not work and get welfare checks and food stamps from the government on the 1st and 15th, plus the more kids you have the more welfare you can collect so you can intentionally have a shit ton of kids to collect more welfare and to top it all of you can trade foodstamps for basically anything crack, cigarettes, lottery tickets, liquor you name it.
