Not to be confused with confiscate, this word is used to describe those individuals who just don't get it.

Confusator

A person who willingly partakes in the act of confusing other or others. It is used more in educated speech, the lowbrow translation being "annoying bastard".

Student: Hey, what's the answer to number 12?
Confusator: What?
Student: What's the Answer... To question 12 please?
Confusator: Over there.
Student: What?
Confusator: Huh?
Student: Fucking bastard.
