A tator tot looking food filled with cheesy potatoes and ground round. Also, a cheesy tot is surrounded by a bacon piece sizzled with brown sugar. To add some extra pizzaz, melt cheese (amerian only) on the tot.

Kelly woke up in the morning without her long johns on thinking of only the cheesy tot she was about to sink her lips into. There was nothing she wanted more in the world.

Cheeky

An originally harmless and inoffensive word, cheeky had now been claimed by morons for sticking in front of almost any mundane activity you can think if in a vague attempt to make it sound more interesting by trying to imply that they shouldn't be doing it, therefore thinking they somehow look "cooler" or more "badass" because of it.

Alternatively also used by the same morons for describing something done more quickly than normal

1. Guy from that volvic advert "just stepped outside for a cheeky volvic"
Everyone watching said advert "by that you mean you drank some water, congratulations"

2. "Hey Tom, want to grab a cheeky pint at lunchtime?"
"Nobody likes you Rob"

Cheeky Breeki

A quote used by NPCs in S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow Of Chernobyle. The full quote is "А ну чики брики и в дамки!" Which in phonetic english is "A nu cheeki breeki iv damke." It translates into english into "One, Two- You're on top!" In reference to checkers of stacking to make a king. It is a metaphor for having the advantage, to flank, etc. It was later put into a viral video of Russians dancing. Also linked to Escape from Tarkov a Russian made game were the npcs (scavs as their called in the game) are nicknamed. Thanks to the game’s creator Nikita Buysnov’s love of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series put the phrase in one of the npc’s dialogue lines.

Happy, sunny. Something that makes you happy is cheery, and people are cheery when they are in a good mood.

Cheery is an old fashioned term, and is now used primarily in sarcastic comments, where the word "cheery" actually means "depressing."

As in:
"I heard you whistling. You must be in a cheery mood."

Or sarcastically:
"Hearing about that suicide was definitely cheery."
