While there's stuff for kids during the day (e.g. carnivals, parade) the epic stuff happens at night when the streets are closed and the bars are flooded with hundreds of partygoers. At Catfish Days, not only are you encouraged to blackout, but you are given a free pass to make a fool out of yourself for 3 straight nights.
