Not necessarily just that, it can be used to describe any female. Instead of using the 'Bitch' word, you can call her a broade

an inclusive lesbian that recognizes that lesbian is broad term that describes a lot of different experiences (including lesbians who don't use she/her, lesbians who aren't women, aspec lesbians and mspec lesbians)

the opposite to the word longsword lesbian which means lesbians be only include very a select group of lesbians (usually she/her women who are exclusively attracted to other women)

both terms are almost exclusively used online

lesbian: i'd ask her out but im worried she doesn't support nonbinary lesbians

friend: no i think she mentioned on twitter that she's a broadsword lesbian before
