A time snatcher is associated with being within a "Verbal Handcuff". A time snatcher is an individual that tends to repeat stories (typically older women). These people tend to start an unwanted conversation that usually involves a topic(s) that has been beaten dead over and over by this individual. Time snatchers love to talk and will do anything to keep you in the space from leaving.

It’s more of a vibe than a tangible thing, commonly used to describe a type of car. The cars that can be considered bitch snatchers are usually models that are 10+ years old, low to the ground, and the stereotypical Hollywood drug dealer cars.
