raggies is a multuple of raggie that live in the area of winsted ct. cominly know as toothless wonderes and black wantabes with 98.9 of the population of raggies cornic drug users who smoke so much crack they can no longer see stright, and drink more then a fish so they have a continuos buzz. you can find these raggies in the area of the coffee corner and comberland farms

some raggies are homeless people drunks and druggeis

a raggy is white trash that walks the streets of torrington or winsted, CT wearing clothes 5 times too big (or small depending on if the raggy is guy or girl). they usually are around the ages of 12-18 and are beginning to overpopulate the streets

ex. im so sick of all the raggies walking the streets i just want to run them over
