chatters paradox

Refrencing the situation when two or more people are chatting in an instant messaging application, when both parties begin writing a message at around the same time, and both parties stop writing to allow the other to go first.
This leaves a semi-awkward situation known as the chatters paradox.

you: hi
them: hi
them...is writing a message
you...are writing a message

you: hi
them: hi
*2.5 minute silence*
you: chatters paradox?
them: haha yeah :-P

"If I was Pinocchio I would say 1+1=2 but secretly say 1+1=3 under my breath to cause a paradox when my nose doesn't grow" this is an example of Shaun's Paradox

The Riley Paradox

A vast and conflicting concept, The Riley Paradox was first observed forming from the mind of the person it is named after, Riley. The Riley Paradox is not an external object, however it is a transcended mindset when all mental fragments combine, where one would usually struggle with the grating of sadness across the soul, there is a concentrated core of all emotion, memories and logic into an ever flowing ball, meaning that any force will be dissipated but also experienced. To obtain the Riley Paradox, one must go through their darkest days, emerge victorious and experience prolonged exposure to multiple instances of Lewdity among other unexplainable internal events. There are multiple categories for the Riley Paradox, each named in "Versions" eg. V1, V2 and V3. Each version encompasses combined fragments, for example, the desire for Monster Girls.

The Riley Paradox is nothing easily explained, but this is a rough basic rundown on it.

Guy: Yo so you going alright man?
The Riley Paradox Obtainee: No, I have an insatiable desire for Monster Girls. V3 is hitting hard today.
Guy: Okay...

Auditors Paradox

A company policy whereby the doors are to remain locked until after the Auditor has left the building results in a paradox in which the auditor is unable to leave the building resulting in continuous audit.

You see if we get the company to send an e-mail saying the doors are to remain locked until the auditors leave it will create an Auditors Paradox, the auditor will be unable to leave the building resulting in continuous billing at an hourly rate in perpetuity.

The Hipster Paradox

Since all hipsters are wanna-bes by their very definition, through reviving dead fads and believing in things too obscure to be known outside of hipsterdom, they are not anything at all, and therefore, cannot exist.

I totally thought John was a real person until I found out he was hipster. Dude, he doesn't even have a reflection, I'm pretty sure. The hipster paradox rings true once more.
