Overhand swimming

The same as the front crawl, but it refers to the freestyle version(not professional). It is a bootleg way of saying it. People who don’t professionally swim usually use this word. It’s common among old timers.

Bob: Hey Cathy! Have you been practicing your overhand swimming?

Cathy: Yeah! Sure have!

Gym term.

When you can only bench 135lbs but you put 200 because a cute girl is nearby, and you do 1 rep/half-reps.

Can be used for other exercises than benching, but benching is the primary target.

Dude, you're overballing with that 200. That girl won't look at you anyway.
