Gloin

An online messaging slang word used to replace 'lol' and ahaha' which may have lost their original meaning and now act as a light form of expression of being humoured as well as presenting attentiveness. In an attempt to reclaim the true meanings of such words, 'gloin' is used as a substitute for such words like abbreviations and language such as 'lol' are only used on rare occasions where they live up to their true definition.

Person 1: Omg, did you see that Sci-Fi last night?
Person 2: No...
Person 1: Oh, well there was this bit where a guy jumped of a cliff onto a pig...

Person 1: ... And then aliens moved the pig and the man died.
