Vitamin C

Vitamin C is ascorbic acid and ascorbate found in oranges and other citrus fruits. It's very important. Without Vitamin C, you get scurvy.

Vitamin C is also code for Caffeine (Coffee, Monster energy drinks, Celsius energy drinks, Arizona energy drinks, Venom energy drinks, Coca Cola, Pepsi). Vitamin C is used by high schoolers and college students everywhere.

Vitamin C is also code for Concerta (Methylphenidate. D-Methylphenidate + L Methylphenidate.). Concerta is used by many college students to help them study, and it's stronger than Caffeine. Concerta can also be taken with a few beers (Ethanol) or shots of vodka (Ethanol) and the L-Methylphenidate turns into L-Ethylphenidate, which is a little more Dopaminergic and less heavy on Norepinephrine, and the Ethanol boosts levels of D-Methylphenidate in the brain. 20mg of Ritalin is equivalent to 72mg of Concerta.

I ate oranges and drank orange juice and have Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid). No scurvy for me!

Vitamin F2

Vitamin F2 is Fast Food. Chicken Wings and French Fries and a soda, Cheeseburger and French Fries and a soda, Chicken Wings and Vegetable Fried Rice and a soda, Fish Sandwich and French Fries and a soda, Pizza and Soda, Beef Patty and soda. Vitamin F2 should be taken in moderation and in combination with the gym. Aim for mostly home cooked food.

Vitamin W

Vitamin W is short for Wakefulness Enhancers. Wakefulness Enhancers are different from stimulants in that while stimulants give you energy, stimulants don't give you true wakefulness, and they have a crash or a comedown or tiredness and sometimes lower mood. Wakefulness Enhancers don't give you much energy, but they give you true wakefulness, and have less mood boosting effects, but no depression or low energy and instead, you get sleepier and sleep more on the comedown.

Examples of Vitamin W are: Modafinil, Armodafinil, Hydrafinil, Flodafinil (Flmodafinil), Wakix, Sunosi, Modafiendz, and more.
