(Expression) Be garrulous, speak tirelessly. 'Bunny' being derived from the cockney verb to rabbit; 'off of scratch' implying the speaker needs no assistance, like a golfer, playing off of scratch, with no handicap.

Usage: I saw this market trader in full flow. Boy, he could bunny off a scratch.
