with a hole in the back

similar to (and is the very cool version of) the very uncool phrase "and then some."

"A hole in the back" represents something similar to the idea of a bottomless pit, describing that something may be limitlessly awesome, seemingly limitless in number, or someone just got beat up to no extent, etc.
Ex. "Damn, that apple turnover was unreal with a hole in the back!"

Ex. Person 1: "There are way too many idiot drivers these days."
Person 2: "Seriously, with a hole in the back."

Put your pickle back in the jar

When someone tells you to put one's pickle back in the jar, they are telling you to stop jerking off or having sex.
Mom: Eric? What are you doing?
Eric (jerking off): I'm watching an interesting program!
Mom: Well then, put your pickle back in the jar and get out here! We have company.
Eric: Okay. (Walks out)

As in yesterday. Ironic usage of an older expression. Making reference to our collective short term memory. The constant churning of events from the present into the bin of discarded Time magazines.
Back in the day there was a future that is now old news.
