In denial

In denial of being single because the break up was not mutual. Maybe because you still live with your 'ex' bf and are still sleeping in the same bed and having sex too!

girl- "I love you."
guy- "I love you, too."
girl- "Then why did you want to break up with me?"
guy- "I just need some space away from you and some time to think about how I feel about being single."

********Days Later ***

girl- "Hey.What are you doing sat night?"
girl's friend- "Hi. Nothing much. Just having some people over and drinking. You and the bf should come over too."
girl- "Yeah. Sounds like fun. I will see if he wants to go."

The girl shows up alone and gives an excuse for the bf because....she is single and that is what it's like to be In denial.

Someone who lies about their entire life claiming things that arent theirs to be theirs and then they tell their friends that theyre more like punk or emo or scene or w/e than most ppl when they arent theyre just trying to be cool therefore embarssing you and cause you to no longer be around then and they also think everyone loves them and is dating their best friends cousin they also have dated a fat bastard and sometimes have a gf as well as a bf and try to rape you while your trying to sleep -_- they have probably also dated your best friend and then was dumped by your best friend cause she ruined all the fun XD

2. Any act undertaken in order to hide one's true intentions.

1. I went to the buffet last night, but I ate some plausible deniability salad before heading for the wings, tacos, and steak.
2. Right before I porked your mom, I told her how sorry I was that her fifth husband had run away with the 1976 East German Women's Sumo Wrestling Champion, but consoling her was just plausible deniability salad. All I really cared about was getting it on with her.

Friends in Denial

A relationship between a guy and a girl which has clearly gone far beyond the level of being friends. They text, video chat, hang out, go out together, make out, have been to bed together at least once (most likely they do it all the time....The Sex part). Their feelings for each other are obvious but one party is in denial (most of the time it is the girl) and says they’re just ‘friends’ but it’s clear to everyone that they are not.

Girl 1: “Hey Nainika, I hear that you and Rishi are together now”

Nainika: “No. We are just friends”

Girl 2: *whispers to girl 1* “They are friends in denial. She always denying it but they are always together, one time a guy walked in on them doing it in the students room.”

Girl 1: “My goodness!”

Vegan Denial

When a vegan believes disgusting food taste good because:

1. He or she has been vegan so long, he or she forgets what good food tastes like.
2. He or she is so passionately devoted to veganism that psychologically vegan substitutes must taste good.

Note: Not all vegan food is bad and not all vegans are in vegan denial.

How can anyone buy those vegan cupcakes? They taste like chalk.
