A British term meaning "your girl", as in your girlfriend. Usually said as a insult to a friend about their partner in a similar way to a yo mama joke where "yer bird" is portrayed with very charva or manlike tendencies or traits.

A: "You're shit mate"
B:"Suck your mum, yer bird puts quality street on her satnav"
