Scene Kids

People who have next-to-none individuality, and i mean this.

I tried the scene/emo thing and i just cut it out as i discovered there is no possible way to have your own style.

This is because every hair-style, fashion accesory and clothes idea is taken from somebody else and then it is used by some other person afterwards.

And the worst thing is they also complain about that, like it was their idea.

This article is getting a little bit aimless now, so just to conclude....

Being Scene and having your own individual style is virtually impossible.

Case Closed...
KiKi Kannibal's 'coon' tails were probably supposed to be original to her, but then they became a fashion fad and got used by so many scene kids...the originality just went.

Scene Kid

A "Scene kid" is someone who tries to be differen't but looks like clones with the rest of their friends. They wear really tight pants to the point of not being able to sit down. For scene girls leg warmers are OVER the jeans and fishnets are a MUST. Tons of eyeliner make them look "kool" and they have about five digital camera's for their myspace .. facebook.. xanga.. livejournal.. bebo.. ect.. wherever they can whore themselves. They only know one html code and its ♥. They are OBSESSED with Hello Kitty and The Nightmare Before Christmas. They have huge WHITE rimmed sunglasses and thick BLACK rimmed glasses (if needed). They have either 1 or two lip peirces or a nose peircing. They wear only things from hot topic (for the dark colors) and aeropostale (for the bright colors). They never say they are scene they are either punk or a raver, when really they would never be any of those.. they'd cry if they went to a punk rock concert. Every year they think about going to Warped Tour but decide not to because their face would melt off (literally) from the heat. Their shoes are flats with broken or bleeding hearts on them or striped OR skulled/ polka dotted. They think they like Something Corporate but maybe only like one song but love how emo/ scene everyone thinks they are. Scene boys wear tight pants because a lump ACTUALLY appears so it makes them feel better about themself. The penis they do have is awefully small and has been in multipul guys' anal holes.. and they whore themselves out to all the girls. Normally they wear tight band shirts or maybe skater shirts when they don't even know how to skate because if they've tried they fell and cried. The only shoes that are in their closet is every color converse and their everyday essential is their clip on key chain to clip to their pants. They normally have their ears gaged lip/ eyebrow/ nose/ everything.. peirced and maybe a few useless tats to feel special and unique. They secretly love Simple Plan and cry during Hawthorne Heights and Deth Cab for Cutie (maybe even Good Charlotte). They also secretly listen to rap because it talks about the sex they will never have. They normally travel in groups of five (they've kissed, made out with, and fucked all five) and look all the same. Their parents think they are gay.

scene kids

1.Seen kids are seen.
2. Those kids that look emo, scremo, punk, mainstream stuff mainly.
Everyone knows the scene kids when they see them, thus they are seen, because they look blantaly emo and like they just walked out of a Hawthorne Heights or Taking Back Sunday concert.

Scene Kid

Scene kids are awesome. We wear funky neon colors, and we layer tanks over long sleeved tees a lot. Graphic tees are a big part of our style, and our tees usually have something like Gir, Skelanimals, or Hello Kitty on them. Anything cute and childish is perfect. Tight band tees are a plus as well, especially if they're vintage. We also wear dark washed skinny jeans. The tighter the better. Ballet flats are cute, but I prefer Converse in assorted colors. Accessories include bright, noticeable earrings, jelly bracelets, fake beads and pearls, and any vintage/out there jewelry you can find. Hair is probably our most important feature. It MUST be dead straight. No curls, waves, or any hint of volume allowed. We tease it a lot, and then put things such as oversized neon bows and kiddie clips in it. Some people dye their hair neon colors or bleach it, but mine is naturally dark, and I never bothered to dye it. Coontails are also big in the scene community. You can get extensions, or you can bleach/dye your hair so you have them directly in your hair. Makeup is another thing us scene kids love. I usually use mascara, liquid eyeliner, black eyeshadow, and stick eyeliner, so my eyes are very smoky and black. Neon colors are accepted as well. Almost every scene kid has a Myspace. You must accept every single friend request you get. You must also go to tons of shows, and post pictures on your Myspace. Us scene kids are very, very conceited/vain. We know we look better than you. We know we are better than you, and we never fail to show it. We almost always think that people who aren't "scene" are unattractive and therefore we generally don't hang out with them. We're very goofy and fun, and contrary to popular belief, we don't cut, we're not depressed, and we're generally not rude or mean to people who don't bother us. Most of us dream of becoming a model, photographer, hair stylist, or some kind of artist. Modeling, photographing, and styling other people's hair are three of my main hobbies, and I love it. We'll get deeply offended if you call us emo, so don't. We will deny being scene as well, even though we totally are. We love anything bright, happy, cute, and fun. If you're SxE it means you don't drink, do drugs, etc. If you're HxC it means you do. (I'm SxE.) We use lots of scene lingo, such as "the sexx", "radd", and "stellar". We also have "scene names", which are alliterative names, such as Brooke Burnout or Tina Terror or Hannah Homicide. And finally, remember: You can never go wrong as long as you're original!
Scene Kid: OMG Look at that totally cute Hello Kitty necklace! It's thasexx!!
Other Scene Kid: Oh em gee yeah!! It's totally radd!! Let's totally get it!!

Scene kid

They are the emo version of a hipster. Only major difference from straight up hipster is the males wear makeup and they have infiltrated the genre of metal. Scene "metal" bands usually only play drop D tuned guitars because they need to hide their lack of playing ability. The lyric content is emo-ish despite the scene kids' denial. Songs are almost exclusively about girls they'll never get or had or the girl broke up with them because they are in fact loser scene kids. They strive for attention which is why the guys dress like girls and the girls have several layers of what appears to be makeup they bought at Party City. Whereas hipsters try to dress down and look minimalist, scene kids take pride in the fact it took them forever to do their hair and makeup. Other than the level of makeup, scene males and scene females dress the exact same, maybe a scene chick will rock a skirt on occasion but that is it. The music they listen to is heavier than hipsters but equally as lame as to that which hipsters listen to. They talk and brag on how non-conformist they are (like hipsters) yet they (also like hipsters) are a walking contradiction because there are droves of them looking the same. Nothing is very original and their personalities tend to suck which is why they have to look like a freak in order for people to notice them. Unlike hipsters, cutting of the wrists is very common among scene kids, again to get as much attention as possible.
Sir 1: Why is that guy wearing girl pants and a deep v t-shirt down to where his chest is supposed to be?

Sir 2: Ah, that would be a scene kid good sir. He's trying desperately to be "different" but instead just looks like an idiot.

Sir 1: Oh, I get it. kind of like a hipster

Sir 2: Exactly.
