booty collar

(noun). A colloquial phrase for "belt" or other functional or decorative item of clothing worn wrapped around the waist.

The phrase analogizes the belt to the collar of a shirt because the belt sits atop the posterior ("booty") like the shirt collar sits atop the shirt. The phase sometimes has has sexual undertones by virtue of its homophony with "booty caller."

His pants are at risk of falling down because he forgetfully left his booty collar on his booty caller's bedroom floor.
