From aye, like in court, the 'aye's' have it. That Aye sounds like 'eye' but in this expression, it devolved colloquial in the early 1990s to 'aye' like "A". So fuckin aye is used like 'not just yes but hell yes'. Often used as an expression of general approval rather than a specific response to a question. Grew in popularity after the movie 'Office Space' used it as approval for honest outdoor physical labor, though in the script it is simply written as "fuckin A". (
