A point in time where the word "bitch" is forced to be uttered.usually said quickly in a high pitched voice an with a smack of the gums preceding the word itself.but speed an pitch can vary depending on the moment.sometimes pauses of silence are added for effect.these can occur for multiple reasons.
some such as:
1.a question is asked when the answer has either been just revealed to the asker or is obvious.
2.something is said/done that is some straight up dumb ass shit to say/do.
3.someone speaks to you about something they have no business in speaking to you about.
4.something is said/done that is assumptuos,mean or just doesnt make sense.

fred-"man we cant get on the internet.its cut off"
badilak-"why what did it say?"
fred-"...bitch"
2.*devin walks up to dippin dots stand an points at prices*
devin-"how much are ur dippin dots?"

random lady-"you should pull your pants up"
fred-"...bitch"
4.*fred an I are loading a bowl*
*fred takes the bowl while im doing something else an gets green hit*
