Textercise

The act of loosening the muscles in your fingers by texting until satisfactory. Usually when your hands fall asleep, are very numb, or cramped.

You would expect texting would increase the discomfort in your fingers, but is likely to help.

Sonic: After I played in the snow and my fingers got all numb I had to textercise them back to normal
Tails: Why didn't you just play video games?
Sonic: Because your fingers never leave the buttons...
