Getting dressed, wearing a certain get up, having on a outfit etc. Usually when you use 'suited up' it means it's something special or nice about your appearance, or sometimes it can be used in a sarcastic way or to add emphasis on detail about what you have on or are wearing.
Josh - Man Mark is suited up right now in those new threads!
Malik - I just KNOW he aint comin' to school suited up in a damn Link cosplay outfit, they'll clown his ass!
Nas (N.Y. state of mind lyrics) - "Bulletholes left in my peepholes, I'm suited up in street clothes,
hand me a nine and I'll defeat foes. "

As far as ALIEF SCHOOL DISTRICT, H-town Texas goes...the orange gymsuit you have to wear when you forget to bring your blue shorts & gray shirts. Often smells unclean and causes the wearer to wonder if it has been washed since yesterday and--more urgently--who was the last one to wear it the period before you arrived.

The act of fornication during office hours, and while most of the garments remain on; especially the tie. Suit sex usually takes place during the lunch hour break.
"Spciy lunch? You're all flustered!"
"You could say that... I just has suit sex in the copy room with the intern!"
""I've been having suit sex with my boss for the last 2 weeks in his office. I have to wear longer dresses to cover the carpet burns..."

Originating in Portland, Oregon from a group of high schoolers attempting to defy authority, casual suiting refers to the increasingly widespread act of wearing a business suit with casual accessories - be this tennis shoes, etc. This can apply to either someone who knowingly or unknowingly does this. Similar in stupidity to planking and owling.

The outfit that one puts together when he/she has to do the laundry. You usually wouldn't wear it, but all of your good clothes is going in the wash.
