"Pessi Rigging" is a term for most social media users representing hate and disrespect toward Argentine football player "Lionel Messi" for "rigging" football by either cheating or getting calls for him too much. Normally said for Cristiano Ronaldo Fans or Messi haters, they will say this for him rigging many things, such as trophies, individual awards, or stats.
This phrases hasn't been very much popular in the football world until after the 2022 FIFA World Cup held in Qatar, which Lionel Messi and Argentina remained supreme and won the coveted title. The Argentine National Football Team, and specifically Messi, were being criticized for having an excessive amount of penalties given during the tournament. They had a whopping 5 penalties in 6 games. The most in World Cup history since 1966.
After this moment occurred, many fans have criticized Messi for having many penalties, saying they were "rigged" or "undeserved". Even now people are calling him "Pessi" for having too many penalties taken during the tournament, or known for missing the penalties, which refers to his miss in the 2nd Group Stage game vs Poland, even though Argentina won that game 2-0.
Now fans have been enraged over this, also calling him "Rigged" as now Barcelona has been charged (Not Convicted) for bribery to the Referees, this is also popular in the "Negreira Case", which is a case between FC Barcelona and José María Enríquez Negreira.

An old Navy term used to describe a half ass attempt at repairing something. Also a makeshift way that may work short term, that a qualified technician with the proper tools would never concider. Also the way an idiot would fix something.
I used wire crimps, and snakeskin as a Jery Rig to make the extinsion cord longer.
I put bubble gum on that leak on the water cooler, some Jery Rig huh?
I had the runs so I Jery Rigged it by shoveing my head up my butt.
