PEOPLE ACTING CRAZY

1)Watch out, there's a lot of PAC out today.
2) PAC alert, there's a lot of people acting crazy around here drivers and pedestrians too.
3) People swerving in and out of traffic, people Jaywalking and standing in the middle of the street. A PAC alert is in full effect.
