Negative Retarded

There are actually two definitions for the phrase negative retarded.
1.) More retarded than retarded. (The superlative form of retarded)
2.) If used in the proper context, it can be a way to call someone intelligent. This is because the negative of something is usually the opposite, so the negative of retarded is intelligent.

John is negative retarded, he walked into a door like 10 times in row, man!

Christine was called negative retarded today by her friend because she is in smart people math (aka calculus)

Bob didn't know what negative retarded meant, so he must be negative retarded

Negative 13

The belief or proposal that the thirteenth amendment to the United States Constitution should be abolished, therefore reinstituting slavery; following the logic that Abraham Lincoln was so tall because he was in fact a black man selectively bred for height who escaped slavery and posed as a white lawyer from Illinois with the goal of becoming president and irrationally freeing the slaves

Usually used in rejecting a statement that is henous or obscene.

Chick 2: Negative Ghostrider, I did him, I wouldn't date him!!

negative sideburns

Describes the situation where someone shaves their sideburns above the hairline . the reasons for this are unclear, but may be a protective mechanism against inadvertently displaying ginger burns.

Did you see our bosses new haircut?
Yes he's certainly gone a bit razor happy, he now has negative sideburns.
