Usually used in rejecting a statement that is henous or obscene.

Chick 1: Hey I heard you and that dude are going out.
Chick 2: Negative Ghostrider, I did him, I wouldn't date him!!

Reiliterate

To take a well thought out statement and re state statement and reform it in the most nonsensical way possible

I thought I stated that clearly, why did you have to reiliterate it and confuse everyone?
