The logistics weren't planned well; the guide was new; the flights were cancelled; the luggage broke; the food sucked, and everything you can imagine wasn't going right. Basically, It was a clusterfuck of a trip.

David Rhodes is the definition of clusterfuck, no further information is needed. Just take a look at him and watch all of his actions and that’ll be all you need.
David Rhodes forgot to bring SGT’s Christmas gift to work after he was in charge of handling the gift. Therefore his head is up his ass resulting in being a huge clusterfuck.
