When someone is so drunk/high that this person can't communicate with his surroundings anymore nor can he understand what the people around him are saying.

Johny was white noised, after 20 minutes of him staring into nothing he passed out on the couch and we had to drag him home.

A play on the term "white noise", referring to news and social media posts which are designed to make you outraged about some one or some thing, but which provide you no opportunity to actually do anything about it. Also referred to as "Outrage Porn".

meaning that whatever song-like-thing just happened definitely was not good at all, so like “that was definitely something” that somthing being noise. you don’t really know what just happened but there was noise happening.

I just took a huge hit from that trade! I've learned my lesson not to do noise trading anymore.
