Limp Titted

A word created by young teens to describe how upset or angry they were over something. Used to overpower the term "pissed off", meaning that if you wish to express your anger on a higher scale than saying "pissed off" offers, you would use limp titted. "Limp Titted" was thought up because a woman with one breast larger than the other would probably be severely upset.

Guy One: "Hey sorry dude....i hope you're not pissed."
Guy Two: "Oh no, i'm not pissed....I'm LIMP TITTED!"
