Oswald "Otto" Rocket resides in Ocean Shores, California. He is the son of Ray Rocket, who is also known as Raymundo. His best friends are Maurice "Twister" Rodriguez and Sam "squid" Dullard. His sister is Regina "Reggie" Rocket. Otto is an excellent skater, surfer, wind surfer, blader, hockey player, snowboarder, skiier, and biker.
