Originally intended to degrade women who think their shit don't stink, scutterhead can also be used to describe men in certain situations. The word can also be changed to specify which part of the person's body is being insulted. (i.e. scutterface, scuttertits, scutterbooty.) If you just want to change it up, scutterbucket and scutterbasket mean the same thing as scutterhead.
