A phrase used to blatantly point out the fact that something someone just said could be taken as a sexual double entendre. Usually found in America and other western countries as an adaptation of "as the actress said to the bishop". Other similar phrases include " Well..." and the aforementioned "as the actress said to the bishop"

A "comeback" or comment to make a conversation into a sexual joke. First said on The Office, it is way to turn a comment dirty
"Wow, that's long."
"That's what she said!"
"Can I touch it?"
"That's what she said!"
"My hand is wet!"
"OH...That's what she said!

A variation of, "That's what she said", originated from kick-ass lead singer, Rob Halford of Judas Priest. However, Rob is homosexual, and the phrase really just mocks his sexuality. This joke is not intended to make fun of Halford, only to torment your friends that set themselves up for a "that's what she said" joke.
Everybody and Their Brothers: "What do you want for lunch?"
Ange: "I'll have a wiener as usual."
Everybody and Their Brothers: "That's what Rob said."

Everybody and Their Brothers: "That's what Rob said."
