when a male free baller is wearing gym shorts or sweat pants, and sways back and forth some what quickly and repeatedly (rockin the hips in a back and forth motion)...(thrusting motion) so the male package slaps against the crotch of the trowsers and is visible to everyone and anyone standing around.
